product health monitoring

01. the use case

Destiny is Pattern's AI tool that automates ad spend for e-commerce brands. When product groups underperform, users had no easy way to see why, whether it was a buy box issue, low inventory, or eligibility problems blocking spend entirely.

02. the feature

I designed a product group health dashboard that scores each group's performance and surfaces the root cause behind low scores, with drill-downs into specific ASINs affected by buy box, in-stock, and eligibility issues, so users know exactly what to fix.

action-based grouping

The filters at the top group issues by issue type, which allows them to triage by action required. This means users don't have to mentally switch context between different issues. They can stay in one category and resolve everything solvable with that same action in one pass, instead of jumping around fixing one-off problems.

progressive disclosure

The dashboard starts with a high-level health score and summary, then lets users drill into specific issues only when they need more detail. This keeps the main view scannable while still giving power users a path to the underlying ASIN-level data.
